Hot Cocoa Mix

My husband's family always does a gift exchange when they get together for Christmas.  This year had a food theme.  It could be anything as long as it involved food:  actual food, cook book, movie about food, cooking magazine, etc.
I decided to make a batch of homemade hot cocoa mix.  I found a delicious recipe on allrecipes.com and got to work.  It ended up being a family affair with Andrew & Chloe helping out.  They love getting involved in anything that involves the kitchen, except the cleaning of the kitchen!
Here is a copy of the recipe...

Ingredients
6 1/2 cups of powdered milk
1 (5 ounce) package of non-instant chocolate pudding mix
1 cup powdered chocolate drink mix
1/2 cup powdered non-dairy creamer
1/2 cup confectioner's sugar
1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder

Decorate with a bow and a mug!
Directions
1.  In a large bowl, combine all ingredients!  Any order will work.
2.  Thoroughly mix the ingredients with a spoon.
3.  The mixture makes 2 quarts.
4.  These can be stored in a dry area for 3 months.
5.  Dissolve 1/3 cup cocoa mix in 1 cup of boiling water.
*You can use milk, if you prefer.  I like the milk better.  I think that it is a much creamier taste!
