Tutu Sizing Guide

     I'm finally posting this!  Sorry so late.  I found this guide on another site: Samster Mommy.  The chart works perfectly.  I have used it many times and it hasn't failed yet.  If you purchase cheap elastic, it can be easily stretched while making the tutu and then it doesn't bounce back.  This ends up making the tutu much larger than initially intended!  Don't forget to give yourself a little more elastic, so you can stitch the ends together.
