With that being said, I thought that I'd start a link up party, where everyone can share their favorite meatless meals. The meals do not need to be PKU friendly, the only catch is that they can not contain meat/fish. I would love for my PKU readers to be able to find new recipes to use in their homes. A lot of the vegan meals can be manipulated to fit a PKU diet.
SO here's the first (and hopefully not the last) Meatless Monday Link Up Party. All you need to do is click on the link up button at the bottom of this post and attach your recipe. The recipe does need to be on a blog/website in order for it to post.
You can start loading your entries today and have until Thursday. Each Monday, I'll list the most viewed recipes of the previous week!

ReplyDeleteThank you so much. I'm always looking for more advice and new recipes. Sometimes we get stuck in a rut and just serve the same dishes, that way I know my picky eaters will eat it! But I'm sure there's new ones out there, that they'd like just as much.
