I'm back again with another super easy meatless meal, well it's sort of a meal! It's a smoothie!! Chloe likes to make these all the time at our house. We always have frozen fruit in the freezer and whenever she's feeling a little bored, she likes to get creative. It usually comes out in a craft, but sometimes I get to benefit from her boredom, when she makes a smoothie.
Last week, Nicky from Pink Recipe Box, sent in a delicious and easy recipe for a Skinny Strawberry Cheesecake Smoothie. She calls it a skinny smoothie because of the skimmed milk and fat-free or low-fat cream cheese. You can change that part to fit your needs. I've made these before for Lily and just used our So Delicious Coconut Milk or fruit juice. I've never added cream cheese before, but I'll be trying it out for Chloe's smoothies.
