Annual #PKU Cookie Decorating

     For the past couple of years we have made sugar cookies using Maddy's Cookie mix.  We don't make regular sugar cookies though.  We have to cut them out with fun holiday shapes and then decorate them with icing and sprinkles!  I mix the dough according to the directions and then we take a small ball out and flatten it on foil.  To make sure that the dough doesn't stick to the foil or our hands, we sprinkle a little powdered sugar on the foil and on top of the ball.  Then Lily flattens it out and and cuts it.

         

Lily LOVES licking up the powdered sugar and eating the dough!  But the best part is decorating them at Grandma's house with her cousins!
